Standards-Based Architecture

Thinxtream has architected DeviceMaestro to support and comply with a wide range of industry standards to enable management of any device type/manufacturer, offer superior interoperability and flexible communication protocol support, and ease of extension. The platform supports the following standards:
  • TR-069 – a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) WAN Management Protocol (CWMP), intended for communication between a CPE and an Auto-Configuration Server (ACS).
  • SNMP – an industry-standard monitoring and control protocol for network management and device management on IP networks.
  • HTTP – a standard networking protocol for communication between devices.
  • SOAP – an XML-based protocol that facilitates exchange of information in a decentralized distributed environment.
