Thinxtream understands the demanding business requirements of customers and end users for digital signage systems and has evolved an effective support mechanism.
The PointMediaPro platform has been rigorously tested to exceed the quality expectations of customers and end users. In addition, Thinxtream has a strong warranty support policy to ensure defect fixes in the platform, if any.
Thinxtream provides dedicated and responsive product support through our Systems Integrator (SI) partners, who have been carefully chosen and trained. SIs are key partners of Thinxtream and are equipped to provide the resources to support their customers. They have detailed knowledge of the complete system including deployment and management practices and are best qualified to provide the most efficient path to problem resolution.
SIs provide primary customer support as part of their product fulfillment obligations and receive comprehensive product training from Thinxtream to service their customers quickly and efficiently. In the event of technical or systems integration issues, the SI is the customer’s primary contact and partners with Thinxtream and other suppliers of the complete system to resolve the issue. End users are encouraged to contact their SI for primary product support for PointMediaPro.
Thinxtream delivers software defect fixes, updates and new versions for PointMediaPro through our SI partners. End users are requested to obtain any new product software from their SI to allow for effective management of their turnkey system by the SI.
